How long does the creation process take?

Our bereavement casting process typically takes 4-6 weeks to ensure the highest quality result.

Do I need to be present at the time the impressions are taken?

We can organise a time directly with the mortuary, hospital, or nursing home to come out and collect your loved ones' hand and feet impressions if you are happy for us to do so. You are welcome to attend while we take the impressions. However, it is not necessary.

What does the process involve?

After you have made contact and requested our service, we will organise a time to collect the impressions.

Taking the impressions is a quick and simple process involving submerging the hands and feet into moulding gel for approximately 60 seconds each.

When you are ready, we can discuss display options and finalise your casting selections.

We will contact you to let you know when your finished keepsake is ready for collection.
